Shipping Policy (USA)
We ship nationwide across the United States from our Miami, FL facility. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing Times
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional time (typically +2–5 business days).
Transit Times
Standard shipping arrives in approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options (2-Day / Next-Day) are available at checkout where eligible.
Shipping Rates
Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping may apply to orders over a specified threshold.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship primarily via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members and neighbors first. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you still need help, reach out to us within 5 business days of the delivery scan.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
USPS delivers to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some oversized or carrier-restricted items cannot ship to these addresses.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. For special requests, contact us before placing an order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing quickly. To request an address change or cancellation, contact us immediately after purchase. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify it.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, personalized/custom items, gift cards, and used or damaged goods (not due to carrier damage or defects) are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 business days with photos of the issue and the packaging so we can make it right.
Restocking & Oversize Items
Large or freight-shipped items may incur a restocking fee (typically 10–20%) if returned for reasons other than damage/defect. Freight returns must be approved in advance.
